Starting to release emotions that have been with us for decades can feel daunting at first. But taking this step is both an act of courage and a sign of hope.
Over these six sessions, we will gently explore your childhood experiences and your relationship with your parents or primary caregivers, uncovering and releasing emotions tied to these early years. This process may also include addressing inherited emotions and emotional barriers that have built up over time. As we work through these layers, you may begin to notice shifts in how you feel and respond to life’s challenges.
I take an intuitive, personalised approach, tailoring each session to your unique experiences. While childhood relationships are our starting point, your overall well-being is influenced by many other factors. We will discuss these and integrate them into your emotional release sessions.
Program Structure
Session 1:

We get to know each other and discuss your childhood experiences, family dynamics, personal needs, and goals for this program.

Gentle emotional release based on what feels most important to you.
Sessions 2-6:

Releasing childhood emotional baggage, parental wounds, and other significant life experiences, depending on your personal circumstances and intentions.
Homework Between Sessions:

Personalised reflection exercises to deepen awareness of your emotional patterns, responses, and goals.
Session Frequency:

Held once or twice a week, based on your preference.
Online Format:

All sessions take place remotely, allowing for flexibility and comfort.
